Our fun and impactful songwriting workshops foster unity, ignite creativity, and reflect company culture through writing a song together. You choose the topic: explore and define company values, celebrate a new project, or make a company anthem. No previous songwriting or musical experience necessary for this team building experience!
ABOUT US
ALPHABET ROCKERS make music that sparks change and creates cultures of belonging. Founded by visionary artists Kaitlin McGaw (she/her) and Tommy Shepherd (he/him/they), the GRAMMY award-winning duo specialize in collaboration and creating joyful spaces where everyone belongs.
THE PROCESS
Writing a song together strengthens relationships, deepens commitment, and unifies purpose-driven teamwork. Ultimately this team building workshop is ideal for increasing collaboration and productivity, and creating unity in growth management.
YOU WRITE
THE SONG.
Your team creates the lyrics and messages for the song based on your company's goals and values. Alphabet Rockers guide the team collaboration and creative process.

Our Family Coalition
This LGBTQI+ family-serving organization needed experiences to connect their employees, management teams and client-members. These stakeholders wanted to write culture-changing songs that reflected their shared values, and offered messages of hope on behalf of their larger, state-wide community. Our Family Coalition’s songwriting experience included two community workshops + one-on-one workshops with leaders and families. All participants felt heard and included in the process. Othering & Belonging Institute
We conducted multiple songwriting workshops with Othering & Belonging Institute’s (OBI) practitioners, academics, children, community members, parents and experts to explore how restorative justice can function in our schools and communities. One song we wrote together explained the complex process of restorative justice in an easy-to-understand way. The resulting song educates the public about a key OBI practice, and was included on Alphabet Rocker’s 2023 GRAMMY-winning album The Movement. The accompanying music video has over 44k views on Youtube.

- Prep and post production meetings with leadership
- Lyrics + Professional Recording by artists after the workshop, including mixing/mastering
With this package, you’ll have a professional recording in 2-3 weeks.
PACKAGE 3
RESEARCH, WRITE + RECORD WITH US
Team-Building Workshop + Stakeholder Research + Professional Recording
- Two in person team-building workshops
- Up to 60 participants
- 5-10 stakeholder interviews on song topic conducted pre-workshop and, integrated into lyrics
- Leadership meetings on process, production and findings
- Lyrics + Professional Recording by artists after the workshops, including mixing/mastering
With this package, you’ll be ready to use the process as a product.
