Eat the rainbow everyday!

Nutrition is something we all aim to work on throughout our lives. In Alphabet Rockers, we celebrate nutrition and healthy food both in our music and in our lives. Families spend a lot of time just trying to keep up with feeding the little ones – so we invented a few games to play that incorporate learning and music along with cooking in the kitchen.
