In photos you’ll see Alphabet Rockers mostly as Kaitlin, Stefanie and Tommy… as we are the up-front-and-center crew that make Alphabet Rockers come to life. But we actually have a whole TEAM of folks involved making this come to life.
Call it a team, we call it family. Together, we rock. It’s like the old saying, “United we stand, Divided we fall.” But we just love working together. Our music reflects community and the circle that we all live in together.
For example, did you know we have an educational advisor, Maria Freda, whom we have been working with since we started Alphabet Rockers in 2007? She’s amazing.
Our friends at Clean White Lines (Heather, Stacy & Alex) helped make our music video Shape Rap, and our booking video. They looooooove our style and still are giving shout-outs to circles and squares with us.
Our buddy Maurice worked with us to create our iPhone app – which he says his 1 year old even loves to play with, hunting for shapes!
Our friends Mohammad Bilal and Geoff Piper helped us think about transitioning to television, and designing our first pitches.
Lisa is coming in to make a video of us for our new Eventbrite Performing Arts Grant.
And there are so many more.
Friends who come and work the tables at our events, take photos, spread the word… All of YOU are a part of our family. Every teacher who tells us how it’s working in the classroom. Every mom who lets us know their favorite song. Every dad who tweets how they are rocking it in the car.
