Blast off with Alphabet Rockers through their hip hop grooves, rhymes, and “super positive messages for kids” [Common Sense Media]. Their energetic shows feature original award-winning music, beatboxing, fun and easy to learn dance moves, and interactive theatrical skits aligned to Common Core Standards.
Alphabet Rockers’ school and library based musical education programs have been designed with educational advisors. Their learning objective principles are based on whole child development with a focus on self esteem, bullying prevention, and nutrition. Programming includes assembly performances, workshops, and class residencies that integrate into diverse school learning environments and can be customized to match the language and terminology of individual school values.
In addition to being a nationally recognized, award-winning performance group, Alphabet Rockers present at educator conferences on arts integrated learning. Since 2008, their model of music and movement has been embraced by educators as a fresh way to effectively teach curricular concepts and build classroom community. Outstanding lyrics and talented musicianship [with GRAMMY-nominated producers and engineers] have landed them three Parents’ Choice Awards, 4 Stars from Common Sense Media and recommendations from School Library Journal. The group tours nationally and is currently producing a video series.

Students discover how to make rockstar nutrition choices through tasty beats:
• The importance of eating breakfast
• Making healthy choices & moderation
• Moving everyday
MUSIC CLASSES, WORKSHOPS
Residencies [K-5]: Customized music residencies for K-5 classes in rhythm, singing, expression, songwriting, and beatboxing (4-10 weeks).
90 minute community workshops [K-5]: Customized art/music/dance workshops for communities around music, nutrition, songwriting, and movement.
